Alkali-free Concrete Additives Liquid Concrete Accelerator

Russia's insistence on paying for Russian gas in rubles has rattled European countries: Greece held an emergency meeting of suppliers, the Dutch government would urge consumers to use less gas, and the French energy regulator told consumers not to panic. Russian gas meets one-third of Europe's annual energy needs.

Russia said they could expand their demand for ruble payments for other commodities, including oil, grain, fertilizer, coal, and metals, which raised the risk of recession in Europe and the US.

Moscow is expected to unveil its ruble payment plan in early April, but it said it would not immediately ask buyers to pay for gas in rubles.

Western countries have said paying in rubles would be a breach of contract, and renegotiation could take months or longer. This uncertainty has pushed commodity market prices higher.

The supply and prices of other commodities like the Concrete Additives could also be affected.

1. Introduction of Alkali-free concrete accelerator

Alkali-free concrete accelerator is a new generation, environmentally-friendly, chlorine-free and alkali-free liquid accelerator developed by using a new synthetic technology of inorganic and organic materials. It can significantly promote water and mud hydration and increase the strength of concrete, and it has good compatibility with various cements.

The alkali-free concrete accelerator can be widely used in the wet spraying construction process of various projects, reducing dust during construction, less rebound loss, good concrete homogeneity, and significant economic benefits.

2. Technical performance of Alkali-free concrete accelerator

The setting time is fast, the initial setting adhesion is good, and the thickness of one shot can be 8-150mm. Low resilience and good workability. The working face is free of dust, chlorine, and alkali, which is beneficial to the health of operators. There is basically no loss in the later strength of concrete.

3. Dosage range of Alkali-free concrete accelerator

The dosage of this agent is 6-9% of the cement weight. It can replace the same amount of water, and the actual mixing amount should be determined after adjustments are made according to the cement type, label and construction temperature.

4. Scope of adaptation of Alkali-free concrete accelerator

This product is suitable for spray concrete construction and leak plugging of underground engineering such as mine engineering, coal mine, shaft engineering, highway, railway, traffic tunnel engineering, shotcrete anchor support concrete, urban construction, national defense, water conservancy, and ground cement concrete. Construction and concrete emergency rescue, emergency repair and reinforcement works.

5. How to use Alkali-free concrete accelerator

Before using this agent, it is necessary to make a trial mix of the cement and this agent for adaptability and optimum mixing amount. It is recommended to use a water reducing agent in conjunction with a low water-cement ratio to achieve better results.

The content of accelerator can be controlled by a flow hopper or a precision water meter.

This product should be stirred evenly after opening the barrel. If it cannot be used up at one time, it should be sealed and stored.

If it comes in contact with the skin, rinse immediately with clean water, if it splashes into the eyes, rinse with clean water, and seek medical help for disposal.

6. Packaging and storage of Alkali-free concrete accelerator

Packed in plastic drum, 250kg/drum, can be packed according to user requirements.

During transportation, load and unload with care to prevent spillage. It should be stored in a warehouse, protected from rain and sun. The validity period is six months.

For Germany, the largest economy in Europe, the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict on the natural gas market is the most obvious. This also exposed the serious dependence of some German industrial enterprises on Russian natural gas. Some analysts pointed out that the instability of natural gas supply has had a big impact on the German economy and threatened its market competitiveness because alternative energy supplies will not be cheap and difficult to come quickly. Increased uncertainty over natural gas supplies is putting enormous pressure on German manufacturers in sectors ranging from steelmaking to chemical production, especially Germany's large number of small and medium-sized companies.

There will be no shortage of Concrete Additivess for the time being, but the market demand for Concrete Additivess in the future will also change with the influence of various external factors. If you need Concrete Additivess, please feel free to contact us.
